Too much side effects of Iron therapy...

Iron supplementation is associated with alot of side effects. Our Ferrosom has the least chance to have side effects in comparison to other formulations on the market. 

If you choose to take other formulations of iron, you made decrease the side effects by doing the following:

• Reducing your daily dose of iron.
• Taking iron with food or milk (though this may reduce absorption).
• Switching to a formulation with a lower amount of elemental iron.
• Using liquid formulation instead of tablets.
